Galaxy S27 hardware and launch considerations
The South Korean firm has reportedly already finalized all major components for the Galaxy S27 series, which is said to include the Galaxy S27, Galaxy S27+, Galaxy S27 Pro, and Galaxy S27 Ultra. Samsung is also said to be timing the launch around rival brands’ release schedules, likely hinting at Apple and its upcoming base iPhone 18 model. The company is currently deciding whether to equip the Galaxy S27 Pro and Galaxy S27 Ultra with LPDDR6 RAM and UFS 5.0 storage, especially since memory chip prices have surged several-fold over the past year.
