Has Bundle raised $5.5M to launch a Web3 rewards platform?

Bundle, a UAE-based Web3 startup, has emerged from stealth after raising $5.5 million in a pre-seed round led by Ethereal Ventures and Further Ventures. Founded by Bader Al Kalooti and Mostafa Wanas, the company offers a rewards platform that lets multiple brands pool incentive budgets to deliver larger prizes while lowering customer acquisition costs.

Bundle: a Web3 rewards platform that pools budgets
Bundle’s model is straightforward: rather than each advertiser spending separately on small discounts or cashbacks, brands contribute to shared reward pools. Customers earn “tickets” for common actions — a purchase, a referral, or another qualifying interaction — and can win rewards significantly larger than what a single advertiser would normally offer. The startup says this collective approach enables SMEs to compete with promotional campaigns run by larger players.

Concrete results from a pilot
Bundle says it ran a pilot across five markets with five participating companies. The platform distributed $100,000 to more than 1,100 winners, including a $50,000 grand prize. According to the startup, participating brands recorded conversion rates up to four times higher than their traditional incentive campaigns.

Technology, payments and compliance
Reward distribution relies on Web3 rails and stablecoins to enable low-cost cross-border payments. Bundle also works with licensed payment service providers (PSPs) to facilitate compliant, user-friendly withdrawals, while handling the underlying infrastructure and regulatory framework for brands launching campaigns.

Funding, partners and rollout
The $5.5 million pre-seed round was led by Ethereal Ventures — the fund founded by Ethereum co‑founder Joe Lubin — and Further Ventures, with participation from Nascent, GSR, Scenius Capital, Anchorage Digital and Nuwa Capital. The capital will support product development and investments in strategic partnerships. Bundle plans initial launches in Singapore, Vietnam and the Philippines, where more than 50 founding brands have already committed to the platform.

Positioning itself as a pragmatic consumer-facing application of Web3 rails, Bundle pairs a familiar Web2 user experience with a blockchain backend for transparent, efficient payments. The company touts a more effective and predictable incentive model for advertisers, while stopping short of a detailed timeline beyond its initial market rollout.
