Deepika Padukone, a leading figure in Bollywood, has achieved a new milestone by becoming the first Indian celebrity to lend her voice to Meta AI. She shared this exciting news on Instagram, inviting users from India, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand to interact with her voice in English. Her announcement was met with enthusiasm from fans, with comments highlighting their admiration for her voice. This accomplishment places her alongside Hollywood stars like Awkwafina and Judi Dench, who have also contributed their voices to Meta AI.
In her acting career, Deepika is set to appear in two upcoming films, “King” alongside Shah Rukh Khan, and another project directed by Atlee featuring Allu Arjun. Both films are currently in production, with release dates yet to be announced.
Recently, Deepika made headlines for her decision to leave the films “Spirit” and the “Kalki 2898 AD” sequel due to a disagreement over her request for an 8-hour work shift. In an interview, she addressed the issue, pointing out that male superstars have long adhered to similar work hours without attracting attention.
