Has Duranta secured a $7 million seed round?

Duranta, a software platform tailored for landscapers and lawn care professionals, has successfully raised $7 million in a seed funding round, with leading Silicon Valley firm Base10 at the helm. The platform is designed to empower outdoor professionals by offering modern tools that facilitate customer acquisition, exceptional service delivery, and efficient operations management. A key feature of Duranta is AIdan, a proprietary AI model that provides accurate maintenance service estimates by analyzing property details such as lot boundaries, hardscapes, and greenery. Alongside AIdan, an intuitive suite of design tools allows landscapers to easily create and visualize outdoor projects.

Samuel Adeyemo, co-founder and CEO, expressed the company’s mission to assist landscapers and lawn care professionals in creating a more beautiful world. He noted that their tools have already enabled clients to forgo on-site visits for estimates and secure significant contracts.

Based in Seattle, Washington, Duranta was founded by engineers with a history of developing Aurora, a cleantech software platform. The team also boasts experience from tech giants like Amazon, Google, Airbnb, Figma, and Datadog. With the new funding, Duranta plans to accelerate product development and expand its engineering team, ensuring that landscapers and lawn care professionals have access to cutting-edge technology tailored to their specific needs.
