Has GOAT Life secured more funding for its breakfast brand expansion?

GOAT Life, a brand specializing in breakfast products, has successfully raised an additional Rs 1.6 crore, building on a previous Rs 1.1 crore pre-seed round. This funding round was spearheaded by D2C Insider Super Angels, with contributions from Consumer Collective by Atrium and notable angel investors like Vikram Ahuja, Akash Gupta, and Dhruv Kohli. The funds are earmarked for expanding distribution on quick-commerce platforms such as Blinkit and Swiggy Instamart, introducing new flavors, and enhancing supply chain operations. Established in 2023 by Yash Kalra, the company focuses on ready-to-eat oats, emphasizing high-protein content and convenience. GOAT Life, which underwent a rebranding in 2025 from GoOAT, prides itself on products free from refined sugar, preservatives, and artificial flavors. It is also exploring new product categories like protein cookies and powders. Based in Kota, the startup has seen its monthly revenue jump from Rs 10 lakh to nearly Rs 65 lakh, with 70% of sales driven by its direct-to-consumer channel, while the rest comes from online marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms. The company has gained visibility through founder-led marketing and limited-edition product releases, further boosted by Kalra’s appearance on the show Pitch Please. GOAT Life faces competition from brands such as MiHeSo, Pintola, Alpino, Supertums, and True Elements in the market.
