Has Inntelo AI secured over £500,000 in a pre-seed funding round?

UK-based Inntelo AI, a hospitality technology company, has successfully raised over £500,000 in a pre-seed funding round aimed at boosting its commercial expansion. The funding was led by venture capital fund Haatch, in partnership with British Business Bank, and included contributions from Look AI Ventures and several angel investors, including former executives from Trip.com and DocuSign. This follows a prior investment of £120,000 from Antler at the company’s inception.

Inntelo AI has developed an innovative AI Concierge platform that enhances guest and team communication for hotels. By utilizing both conversational and agentic AI, the platform automates guest inquiries through WhatsApp or phone, converting them into coordinated tasks and improving team responsiveness across various hotel departments. This technology addresses the unique challenges faced by the hospitality industry, such as growing competition and rising costs, while also attracting a new generation of workers.

The company’s solution has gained traction with both independent and franchised hotels, including Radisson and Wyndham properties in the UK, UAE, and Europe. The recent funding will accelerate Inntelo AI’s commercial growth by expanding sales and marketing efforts and supporting customer deployments and integrations with property management systems.

Co-founded by CEO Asif Alidina, who has extensive experience in hotel housekeeping and facilities management, Inntelo AI is guided by a global advisory board of senior operators, technologists, and academics from companies like Accor, Fairmont, and Hilton. The company is committed to leading the AI transformation within the hospitality industry, aiming to improve guest experiences and create better working environments for hotel teams.
