In October 2025, Israeli startups raised over $608 million across 16 deals, despite the absence of funding announcements during the first week due to Jewish holidays. Deel played a significant role with a $300 million round, helping the total surpass the $500 million mark. The majority of the deals, nine out of sixteen, were early-stage rounds. Notable contributions to the total included $45 million each from Sensi.ai and Hyro, and $30 million from Omnix Medical. The funding rounds reflect a strong interest in AI, with startups focusing on AI infrastructure, building design, and system failure analysis, among others. Additionally, there is a growing emphasis on enhancing patient access in healthcare through AI and improving security in the quantum era.
