How has Samsung modernized the legendary Hockenheimring racing circuit?

Samsung has completed a modernization project at the historic Hockenheimring Baden-Württemberg racing track in Germany, enhancing the venue with its advanced display technology. Over two years, Samsung installed LCD-based signage displays across the 97-hectare site, including the Welcome Centre, VIP areas, pit lane, and race control. Managed by Samsung’s MagicINFO Cloud software, these displays allow for easy content management. At the Welcome Centre, 18 LCD displays provide information on the circuit’s history and events. Shop windows feature double-sided 55-inch displays with varying brightness for indoor and outdoor visibility. Additionally, 98-inch screens greet guests at the entrance, while QMC series displays with UHD panels are placed throughout the interiors. Drawing over 700,000 visitors annually, the Hockenheimring continues to host major events like DTM and the European Drag Racing Championship, with Samsung committed to enhancing the fan experience with cutting-edge technology.
