From July 26 to 28, the 2025 World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC) in Shanghai drew over 800 enterprises, showcasing more than 3,000 innovative exhibits. Among them, Hefei companies like Youibot, LindenBot, and iFLYTEK highlighted the prowess of “Hefei Intelligence.”
Hefei’s leading enterprises made a significant impact with demonstrations such as Youibot’s robotic matrix “Tianyan” series, which exemplified the “one brain, multiple morphologies” intelligence model. These robots, acting as “servers,” showcased their ability to produce ice cream and demonstrated complex tasks like identifying characters and assembling sentences autonomously.
Leju Robot presented solutions for various scenarios, including industrial manufacturing and commercial services, using its “Kuafu” humanoid robot. LindenBot unveiled a comprehensive solution for robot data collection and model training, compatible with most robot brands, acting as an “embodied intelligence accelerator.”
This global event highlighted the potential for everyday applications of intelligent technologies. Hefei is actively advancing its intelligent robotics industry, building public service platforms for parts processing, product testing, and more. The city is also promoting collaboration across industries like new energy vehicles and intelligent robotics, aiming to create benchmark applications in fields such as emergency rescue and logistics.
With over 160 companies in its intelligent robotics industry chain, Hefei is fostering an integrated R&D and manufacturing ecosystem, spanning from core components to complete systems.
