Bangkok-based startup Spacely AI has secured $1 million in seed funding to enhance its generative AI technology for architecture and interior design. Led by PropTech Farm Fund III, the funding round also saw participation from notable investors such as Wannaporn Phornprapha, Ted Poshakrishna Thirapatana, and Mek Srunyu Stittri. This investment follows a previous pre-seed round from SCB 10X and aims to boost product development and expand Spacely AI’s reach in key global markets. The company’s mission is to empower architects by enhancing creativity, reducing costs, and increasing business opportunities. Spacely AI offers a cloud suite with AI rendering, image-editing tools, virtual staging, and 3D model generation, fully integrated with SketchUp and soon to support more CAD tools. The new funds will also help launch a 2D-to-3D automation engine, establish a U.S. presence, and provide resources for global partners. Over the past year, Spacely AI has served over 1,500 firms in more than 50 countries, achieving significant growth and receiving multiple industry accolades. The company invites design professionals to explore its AI solutions through a free trial or live demo, aiming to streamline workflows and accelerate project completion.
