Is Samsung abandoning innovative features too quickly?

Samsung is known for its innovative ideas but often abandons them before they can reach their full potential. The Galaxy Buds 4 Pro exemplify this trend, as they drop the distinctive Blade Lights introduced with the Buds 3 Pro. These lights were meant to be a signature feature, but Samsung has chosen to revert to a more conventional design. This pattern is not new for the company. Past innovations like the under-display camera on the Galaxy Z Fold, the curved edge displays, MST support for Samsung Pay, and the iris scanner on the Galaxy S8 were all eventually discarded. This tendency to introduce and then quickly abandon features raises questions about Samsung’s commitment to its innovations.
