Is the Accelerating AI Conference in Milton Keynes set to expand with new partnerships?

The Accelerating AI Conference is set to return to Milton Keynes this September, as part of the Milton Keynes Tech Week 2025. This event, a cornerstone for the region’s burgeoning technology sector, is supported by new partnerships and a growing network of local business support. Aimed at helping SMEs understand and utilize artificial intelligence in practical settings, the half-day conference will take place on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at The Ridgeway Centre in Milton Keynes.

Aligned with Milton Keynes Tech Week for the first time, the conference is partnering with the South Midlands Growth Hub to provide attending businesses with tailored guidance on innovation, funding, and AI adoption. Now in its third edition, the conference has become a significant event in the regional tech calendar, with previous editions attracting over 200 delegates. This year, up to 150 business leaders from Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire, and Northamptonshire are expected to attend.

Running from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm, the event is designed to equip SME leaders with practical insights for responsible and effective AI adoption amid rapid digital transformation across sectors. Organized by local businesses for local businesses, it will feature keynote sessions, case studies, and networking opportunities to demystify AI and cut through the hype.

Confirmed speakers include Andy Paul, CEO of Fliweel.tech and Voyce AI, who will discuss AI and automation for business outcomes; Matthew Rigby-White, Managing Director of Qoob, who will explore AI’s impact on customer journeys in marketing; and Lionel Naidoo, Managing Director of Dragon IS, who will discuss leveraging Microsoft Copilot for SMEs.

The conference highlights regional collaboration between innovators and strategic support, with the South Midlands Growth Hub offering on-site coaching, funding advice, and tailored guidance for businesses embracing AI. Supported by media partners Business MK and Business Times, the event is part of Milton Keynes Tech Week, running from September 22 to 26, 2025.

Key program highlights include sessions on generative AI, deploying AI agents, AI in marketing, and available funding for local SMEs. Tickets are available on Eventbrite, and further speaker announcements and the full agenda can be found on the conference website, AcceleratingAI.co.uk.
