Recent reports have stirred speculation about the fate of the Galaxy S26 Edge, with some suggesting its cancellation due to the lackluster sales of the Galaxy S25 Edge. However, new developments indicate that the slim flagship might not be shelved just yet. Samsung has reportedly initiated development on a new device, codenamed “More Slim,” hinting at a potential continuation of the Edge series. This project is separate from the previously anticipated Galaxy S26 Edge, which was expected to replace the Galaxy S26+. While the original plan might have been scrapped, Samsung appears to be keeping its options open, possibly introducing the Galaxy S26 Edge later in the year alongside the Galaxy S26, S26+, and S26 Ultra models.
