What are the screen size and battery capacity of the Galaxy S26 Pro?

As the tech world eagerly anticipates the launch of Samsung’s next-generation Galaxy S series, leaks have begun to surface, offering a glimpse into what the Galaxy S26 Pro might offer. Reports suggest that Samsung is set to replace the standard Galaxy S26 with the Galaxy S26 Pro, introducing modest enhancements over its predecessor, the Galaxy S25.

The Galaxy S26 Pro is rumored to feature a slightly larger 6.27-inch display, which could be marketed as 6.3 inches, compared to the 6.2-inch screen of the Galaxy S25. This aligns with prior information about the display sizes of other models in the series, with the Galaxy S26 Edge expected to have a 6.66-inch display and the Ultra version potentially boasting a 6.89-inch screen.

In terms of battery capacity, the Galaxy S26 Pro is expected to house a 4,300 mAh battery, a small increase from the 4,000 mAh battery in the Galaxy S25. This upgrade, while modest, is consistent with earlier reports and indicates Samsung’s intention to enhance battery life, though it still falls short compared to some Chinese competitors.

The entire Galaxy S26 lineup might see battery improvements, with the S26 Edge rumored to have a 4,200 mAh battery and the S26 Ultra a substantial 5,500 mAh. Additionally, Samsung may introduce faster charging options, with the Galaxy S26 Ultra potentially supporting 60W charging, an upgrade from the 45W charging of the S25 Ultra. While details on the charging capabilities of the Pro and Edge models remain scarce, they might support 45W charging.
