What does the Galaxy Z Fold 7 look like in blue?

Samsung is gearing up to unveil its latest smartphone, the Galaxy Z Fold 7, featuring a book-style foldable display, at the Galaxy Unpacked event on July 9, 2025. Recent leaks have provided a glimpse into its specifications and design, but the latest images offer the most comprehensive look yet.

Images circulating online reveal the Galaxy Z Fold 7 in its blue variant, showcasing the phone in its retail packaging. The first image highlights the cover display and back panel, while the second image presents the opposite side, though the inner folding display remains covered for protection.

The most intriguing image captures the phone from the bottom, revealing a notably slim profile, slimmer than its predecessor, the Galaxy Z Fold 6. This design choice is likely to attract attention, although it won’t claim the title of the thinnest foldable phone. The bottom of the device features a speaker, SIM card slot, microphone hole, and antennas.

In terms of features, the Galaxy Z Fold 7 is expected to sport a 6.5-inch outer display with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Ceramic. The inner foldable display will measure 8.2 inches with 2K+ resolution and the same refresh rate.

The phone’s camera setup includes a 200MP primary camera with a wide lens, a 10MP camera with a 3x telephoto lens, and a 12MP ultra-wide lens at the back. For selfies, there are two cameras: a 10MP on the outer display and a 4MP inside the inner display.

Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, the Galaxy Z Fold 7 will offer up to 12GB RAM and 1TB storage. It will run on Android 16-based One UI 8.0 and promises seven OS upgrades along with seven years of security updates.

The device will house a 4,400mAh battery supporting 25W wired, 15W wireless, and 4.5W reverse wireless charging. Connectivity features include dual-SIM 5G, tri-band Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, UWB, and a USB Type-C port. Additionally, it boasts an IP48 rating for dust and water resistance.
