Will the Galaxy S27’s camera placement change for Qi2 magnets?

Rumors are surfacing about Samsung’s Galaxy S27, suggesting a potential redesign of its camera placement. Traditionally, Samsung has kept its camera lenses in the upper-left corner of the phone’s back panel, but this might change. The speculated shift could accommodate Qi2 magnets, similar to Apple’s MagSafe technology, allowing for enhanced magnetic functionality. While the Galaxy S26 supports Qi2.2 magnetic cases, the S27 might integrate internal Qi2.2 magnets. However, rising costs could hinder this redesign, possibly resulting in a familiar appearance for the S27. Additionally, Samsung is reportedly working on camera hardware improvements, though it’s uncertain if these will feature in the upcoming model.
