A 16-year-old student from Assam, Huma Abia Kanta, showcased her research at an international conference on artificial intelligence and machine learning. The event took place in a hybrid format on October 30-31, 2025, at Nakhchivan State University in Azerbaijan. Organized by Azerbaijan Technical University, the conference included partnerships with universities from Uzbekistan, Malaysia, and Azerbaijan. Huma, a Grade XII student at Royal Global School in Guwahati, presented her paper on “ML-Based Prediction of Phycocyanin Purity,” which delved into the use of machine learning to predict the purity of phycocyanin.
