Anchor Browser has successfully secured $6 million in seed funding, led by Blumberg Capital with contributions from Gradient, to enhance its web automation infrastructure designed for AI agents. The company’s innovative platform transforms any web interface into an AI-accessible environment, allowing enterprises to automate intricate online tasks using their new product, b0.dev. This product increases reliability by conducting AI planning prior to task execution. Anchor Browser, founded in 2024 by experts from Unit 8200, SentinelOne, and Noname Security, is already utilized by companies such as Groq, Unify, and Cloudflare. The platform aims to become a fundamental infrastructure layer for deploying agentic AI, enabling these agents to navigate the web as humans do, thus facilitating secure and scalable real-world automation. As the demand for autonomous AI agents is projected to reach $70 billion by 2030, Anchor Browser addresses the challenges AI faces in web interaction due to fragile scripts and dynamic UIs. With its robust infrastructure, Anchor Browser promises to deliver a reliable and secure solution, bridging the gap between AI reasoning and real-world execution.
