Aivar, an AI-focused services company, has secured $4.6 million in seed funding to expand its global reach. Established in 2024 by former AWS colleagues, the company aims to deliver comprehensive AI solutions backed by AWS validation. Co-founder and CEO Kousik Rajendran highlights the importance of providing enterprises with partners capable of executing full-scale AI transformations. In under a year, Aivar has attracted over 80 clients, assisting businesses in transitioning AI projects from pilot stages to full production. Acting as a comprehensive AI studio, Aivar offers strategic guidance, custom development, and managed AI operations. The company’s in-house accelerators support various AI applications, such as conversational AI and workflow automation.
According to Mandar Dandekar of Sorin Investments, Aivar addresses the challenges enterprises face in AI-led digital transformation by re-architecting workflows and integrating AI deeply into systems. Aivar’s platform, Velogent, exemplifies this by streamlining invoice reconciliation for a logistics software company, significantly reducing deployment times.
Looking forward, Aivar aims to integrate AI as a central component of enterprise workflows, automating processes and measuring outcomes in real-time. Nithin Kaimal of Bessemer Venture Partners notes that Aivar’s rapid growth and customer impact align with their AI services strategy, highlighting the company’s potential to reshape the IT services landscape.
