The anticipation for Samsung’s Galaxy S26 series continues to grow as new reports suggest a potential delay in its launch. Initially expected in January 2026, the unveiling might now take place in late February, bringing significant changes in design, performance, and features. The series, comprising the Galaxy S26, S26 Plus, and S26 Ultra, is set to adopt a unified camera module for a sleeker look, with the Ultra model boasting more rounded corners and new color options.
Performance-wise, Samsung plans to maintain its dual-chip strategy, offering either the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 or the Exynos 2600 depending on the region. A strong emphasis on artificial intelligence is anticipated, promising innovative AI-driven features across the lineup. The display quality remains a hallmark, with all models featuring QHD+ AMOLED panels and a 120Hz refresh rate. Notably, the S26 Ultra and S26 Plus might both feature expansive 6.9-inch screens, while the standard S26 will have a 6.2-inch display. An in-built privacy feature for the display is also speculated.
