Refurbished devices, typically sold at a lower price than new models, undergo extensive refurbishment by Samsung-trained engineers using genuine parts. Each device receives a new battery and is subjected to over 100 quality tests to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and durability. Personal data is erased, and the devices are repackaged in new boxes with all standard accessories. Additionally, they are assigned new IMEI numbers and updated with the latest software. Both models come with a two-year manufacturer warranty, offering consumers a reliable and cost-effective alternative to new devices.
