How is Samsung UK Giving New Value to Old Devices?

Samsung Electronics has introduced a new initiative in the UK that allows customers to trade in eligible Samsung smartphones in exchange for Samsung Credits. These credits are valid for five years and can be redeemed on a variety of products on Samsung.com, including mobile devices, TVs, and home appliances. The program, known as Trade In For Samsung Credits, offers competitive trade-in values, even for damaged devices, and includes free, pre-paid returns for convenience. Initially available for the Galaxy S and Z series, the program is expected to expand to more products later this year. Annika Bizon, VP of Product and Marketing for Samsung UK & Ireland, emphasized that the initiative offers customers a rewarding way to save on Samsung technology by trading in old devices. Samsung Credits, however, cannot be used for subscriptions or third-party products through Samsung Marketplace.
