Are more specifications of the Galaxy Z Fold 8 and Fold 8 Wide being leaked?

Samsung is set to shake up its usual release pattern in 2026 by introducing not one, but two flagship foldable smartphones. The Galaxy Z Fold 8 will continue the legacy of the Galaxy Z Fold 7, while a new variant, the Galaxy Z Fold 8 Wide, promises a broader design. Recent leaks have surfaced, offering a glimpse into their specifications. The Galaxy Z Fold 8 is expected to weigh 210 grams and measure 4.1mm in thickness when unfolded. It will reportedly be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor and house a 5,000mAh battery capable of 45W wired and 25W wireless charging. The device will retain the 200MP primary and 10MP 3x telephoto lenses from its predecessor, but will upgrade its ultra-wide camera to a 50MP unit. Meanwhile, the Galaxy Z Fold 8 Wide will feature a 7.6-inch foldable display with a 4:3 aspect ratio and will be equipped with dual 50MP cameras at the rear, enhancing both primary and ultra-wide photography.
