What makes the Ferrari Luce’s OLED displays exceptional?

Today, Ferrari unveiled its first electric vehicle, the Ferrari Luce, at a world premiere event in Italy. This groundbreaking car is distinguished by its innovative interior, featuring four advanced OLED displays exclusively supplied by Samsung Display. These displays include a 12.9-inch and a 12.1-inch screen in the driver’s instrument cluster, designed with a multi-layer structure for enhanced visual depth. The 10.1-inch central infotainment screen offers various modes and features mechanical hands for a unique display. Additionally, a 6.3-inch rear display provides passengers with driving and climate information. Samsung’s proprietary HIAA technology and Thin Film Encapsulation ensure precise cutouts and protection against air and moisture, contributing to a seamless integration of Ferrari’s design philosophy. Ernesto Lasalandra, Ferrari’s Chief R&D Officer, emphasized the synergy between Ferrari’s heritage and cutting-edge technology in the Luce’s cockpit experience.
