Has Octup Raised $12 Million in Seed Funding?

Octup, a Tel Aviv-based real-time AI operations platform for third-party logistics providers (3PLs), has successfully secured $12 million in Seed funding. The investment round was co-led by Shine Capital and JAL Ventures, with additional backing from Stone Capital, Tal Ventures, and HCS Capital. Shine Capital, a New York City-based venture capital firm, specializes in early-stage investments across various sectors, while JAL Ventures focuses on early-revenue B2B tech startups in Israel, offering strategic and operational support.

The funds will be used by Octup to expand its team, enhance AI product development, and increase its market presence in North America. Founded in 2022 by Alon Partuk, Octup aims to revolutionize logistics management for 3PLs and eCommerce brands through its AI-driven platform. This platform integrates with WMS, ERP, and shipping systems, providing unified operational data, automated billing, SLA tracking, and proactive alerts. Operating from its headquarters in Tel Aviv and hubs in Toronto and Austin, Octup supports hundreds of 3PLs across extensive warehouse spaces.
