Pally Raises $5.2M Seed to Scale AI Personal Assistant

Pally, a U.S.-based startup building an AI-powered personal assistant that lives in text messages, has raised $5.2 million in a seed round at a $30 million valuation to further develop and scale its platform.

The round was led by Cyber Fund and Y Combinator, with additional participation from Pioneer Fund, Founders Inc, 468 Capital and various angel investors. The funding was announced in August 2026.

Pally’s round, product and plans

Pally was founded by Haz Hubble and launched its AI assistant product in June 2026. The assistant operates directly through text messaging and integrates with Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Notion and iMessage to help users manage tasks, book flights and handle inbox communications in a personalized, human-like texting style. While the company did not provide a detailed breakdown of intended expenditures, it said the capital will support scaling the AI assistant product.
