Fitting raises $1.1M in second seed round

Fitting has closed its second Seed investment round, raising $1.1 million with participation from a strategic investor in the contracting and real estate development sector. The capital will support the platform’s expansion across key markets in Saudi Arabia and strengthen its technological and operational capabilities.

Fitting’s growth plans and use of funds

The company said the funding will be used to support field expansion plans across key markets in the Kingdom, develop its technological infrastructure and expand its operational and technical capabilities. The investment is expected to strengthen the platform’s ability to provide digital solutions to companies operating across the construction sector.

Mohammed Al-Mubayed, Founder and CEO of Fitting, said: “Closing our second investment round, valued at $1.1 million, represents an important milestone in Fitting’s journey and supports our plans to accelerate our expansion and strengthen our technological and operational capabilities. We believe that the digitization of supply chains has become a key factor in improving the efficiency of the construction sector, and we are working to provide technology solutions that respond to market needs and help different stakeholders across the ecosystem manage their operations more efficiently. The participation of a strategic investor from the contracting and real estate development sector is also an important addition to our journey, providing valuable industry expertise and direct insight into the market and its needs, alongside financial support.”

Market context and strategic investor

Saudi Arabia’s construction and development sector continues to grow, with expanding real estate and infrastructure projects increasing demand for technology-driven solutions that improve supply chain management, streamline procurement and enhance operational efficiency. The participation of a strategic investor from the contracting and real estate development sector reflects Fitting’s focus on solutions closely aligned with industry operational needs and supports the company’s stated approach of building a growth model based on “growth built on trust,” while adding sector expertise to its financial backing.

Fitting operates in the automation and digitization of construction supply chains, developing technology to organise procurement processes and improve efficiency among suppliers, contractors and real estate developers. Alongside its commercial growth and technological expansion, the platform places sustainability and social impact among its priorities and aims, as part of its next stage of growth, to support and empower Saudi talent by creating employment and training opportunities for young Saudi professionals.

The closing of the second investment round represents a new milestone in the company’s growth trajectory, providing additional capital to develop its technological and operational capabilities and expand its presence in the Saudi market. Through investment in technology, field expansion, strategic partnerships and the development of national talent, Fitting aims to contribute to a more efficient, digitally enabled construction supply chain ecosystem in Saudi Arabia.
