Tenka raises pre-seed led by Maven 11 to build asset-backed finance market

London-based Tenka has closed a pre-seed funding round on September 17, 2026, led by Maven 11 to develop its liquidity platform and market infrastructure for asset-backed finance.

The platform is being built to incorporate structured book-building and a secondary market foundation as it prepares for a scheduled launch later this year.

The company describes its offering as a permissioned marketplace linking originators, investors and liquidity providers, featuring independent valuation, consistent reporting and onchain settlement.
