Tenka raises pre-seed led by Maven 11 to build asset-backed finance market

London-based Tenka has closed a pre-seed funding round on September 17, 2026, led by Maven 11 to develop its liquidity platform and market infrastructure for asset-backed finance.

The round also included participation from Gami Capital and several angel investors.

Tenka’s plans and use of funds

Tenka will use the capital to advance development of market infrastructure that connects the origination, placement and trading of asset-backed finance instruments. The platform is being built to incorporate structured book-building and a secondary market foundation as it prepares for a scheduled launch later this year.

The company describes its offering as a permissioned marketplace linking originators, investors and liquidity providers, featuring independent valuation, consistent reporting and onchain settlement.
