Samsung has released One UI 9.0 (Android 17) for the Galaxy A26 today, rolling out firmware version A266BXXUCDZJ6 in the Philippines — a sign that the company may be starting a wider global rollout. Users can check for the update by going to Settings > Software update > Check for updates.
The Galaxy A26 had been left out of the One UI 9.0 beta program after Samsung opened beta testing for devices as affordable as the Galaxy A07, a decision that disappointed many A26 owners. The newly released build should address that omission for affected users.
