iPhone Duo: Apple to Pay $250 Per Foldable Display Panel

Samsung Display has signed a three-year exclusive supply agreement with Apple to provide foldable display panels for the iPhone Duo and future models, according to a Chinese leaker.

iPhone Duo display details

The iPhone Duo is said to be the first device on the market to feature Samsung’s M16 OLED material set, which the leak credits with improvements in brightness, color performance, lifespan and power efficiency over previous OLED generations. Apple will reportedly pay around $250 per panel, making the foldable display one of the device’s priciest components.
