Morocco has recently been appointed to the vice-presidency of Interpol’s Global Cybercrime Expert Group, represented by Leïla Zouine, a divisional commissioner at the DGSN. This appointment took place during the group’s annual meeting, held on June 4th and 5th at Interpol’s headquarters in Lyon. Leïla Zouine will oversee the “empowerment” segment, which aims to enhance the protection of cybercrime victims and improve law enforcement skills in this domain. This election highlights Morocco’s commitment to international security cooperation and its advancements in combating technological crimes.
