Samsung is set to host its second major Unpacked event of the year today, September 4, 2025. This virtual event, streamed live on Samsung’s official website and YouTube channel, will highlight the launch of the Galaxy S25 FE and the Galaxy Tab S11 series. The event is strategically timed just before IFA 2025 and Apple’s iPhone 17 launch on September 9.
The Galaxy S25 FE, a more affordable variant of the flagship Galaxy S25, is anticipated to feature a 6.7-inch 120Hz Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, powered by the Exynos 2400 or 2400e chipset with 8GB of RAM. Camera expectations include a triple rear setup with a 50-megapixel main sensor, a 12-megapixel ultrawide, and an 8-megapixel telephoto with 3x optical zoom, alongside a 12-megapixel front camera. The phone is rumored to have a 4,900mAh battery with 45W wired and 15W wireless charging capabilities.
The Galaxy Tab S11 series aims to enhance Samsung’s tablet offerings, competing with Apple’s iPad Pro models. The Tab S11 Ultra might feature a 14.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 120Hz refresh rate, while the Tab S11 is expected to have an 11-inch AMOLED display. Both tablets are likely to be equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 Plus chipset, with configurations up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. They may also include a dual-camera setup and an upgraded S-Pen.
