Samsung has introduced the Galaxy S25 FE in India, with prices starting at Rs 59,999. This new addition to the Galaxy S-series was first revealed in September and is designed to be robust, featuring enhanced cameras, a substantial battery with fast charging capabilities, and access to advanced AI features. Sales commence on September 29, with special introductory offers, including a complimentary storage upgrade.
The Galaxy S25 FE is available in three configurations: 8GB RAM with 128GB storage for Rs 59,999, 8GB RAM with 256GB storage for Rs 65,999, and 8GB RAM with 512GB storage for Rs 77,999. Customers opting for the 256GB model will receive an upgrade to the 512GB variant at no additional cost, a benefit valued at Rs 12,000. Additional offers include a Rs 5,000 cashback from select banks and interest-free installment plans for up to 24 months.
The smartphone features a 6.7-inch FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2x display with a 120Hz refresh rate, powered by Samsung’s Exynos 2400 processor. It runs on One UI 8, based on Android 16. The camera setup includes a 50MP main sensor, an 8MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, and a 12MP ultra-wide camera, with a 12MP front camera for selfies. The device is equipped with a 4,900mAh battery supporting 45W fast charging and wireless charging. It is IP68 rated for water and dust resistance, measuring 7.4mm in thickness and weighing 190 grams.
Samsung highlights its AI capabilities, such as Generative Edit for photo enhancements, Portrait Studio for avatar creation, Instant Slow-mo for video effects, Audio Eraser for sound clarity, and Auto Trim for simplified video editing. For security, it incorporates Knox Enhanced Encrypted Protection, ensuring data privacy and isolation.
