PASADENA, Calif., Aug. 3, 2026 — Actualyze AI emerged from stealth today, announcing a $7 million seed round from Storm Ventures, Canaan Partners, Morado Ventures, and AME Cloud Ventures to launch Actualyze, the foundation for enterprise AI. The AI-native platform gives organizations a single place to govern, secure, operate, and optimize every AI request.
The platform sits between an organization’s people, applications, and agents and every AI model the organization uses. Built from the ground up, Actualyze integrates with OpenAI-compatible models, AI client tools, and third-party platforms. The company’s hosted platform is now in Early Access through its Design Partner Program.
Actualyze directs each inference request through a governed path: every request is tied to the person, team, and application that initiated it; access is checked, requests are inspected, calls are charged to the caller’s budget, and activity is recorded before reaching a model provider. The platform abstracts provider credentials to enable intelligent routing and ensures the governed path is the only path while maintaining agnostic access to the evolving model provider landscape.
