Arca Digital, a Seville-based fintech, has raised €1 million in a pre-seed round co-led by Draper B1 and Robin Capital on April 9, 2026, to scale its digital pension infrastructure platform for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
The round also included participation from Newschool.vc and several fintech angel investors: Fernando Cabello-Astolfi (Aplazame and Devengo), Iván Peña (Ritmo) and Juan Montero (Fence).
Arca Digital to expand team and develop platform
Arca Digital said it will use the new capital to double its headcount by the end of 2026. The funds will also support ongoing product development, technical integrations with payroll providers and partners, and the acquisition of legal and compliance resources needed to operate within the regulated pensions market.
How the platform works
Founded in 2024 by Sergio Rodrigues, Adrián Esteban and Gonzalo Concepción, Arca Digital is an API-first fintech platform that connects pension fund managers with SMEs. The company automates the lifecycle of occupational pension plans — including employee onboarding, contribution management and transfers — and offers a white-label model designed to make it easier for SMEs to provide retirement benefits.
