Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Z Fold 8 series is set to make waves with its new design, according to recent leaks. The Galaxy Z Fold 8 is reportedly getting a wider cover display, marking a shift from the traditionally narrow design of Samsung’s foldables. For the first time, a Fold 8 Ultra model will join the lineup, alongside the Galaxy Z Flip 8. Case manufacturer Thinborne has already listed cases for these devices, showcasing the final designs ahead of the anticipated July 22 Unpacked event. The Fold 8 Ultra and standard Fold 8 feature a raised camera island on the back, while the Flip 8 maintains its dual-camera setup on the outer display. The Fold 8’s wider design could offer a more user-friendly experience when closed, with a dual-camera system boasting a 50-megapixel primary sensor. The Fold 8 Ultra cases are priced at $89.69, with Flip 8 cases at $79.69, both featuring integrated magnets for wireless charging. As the Unpacked event approaches, the unveiling of Samsung’s new foldable lineup seems imminent, along with the introduction of the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 and Galaxy Watch 9.
