BulkTrade launches invite-only perpetuals exchange on Solana

BulkTrade went live on mainnet on September 5, launching an invite-only perpetual futures exchange on Solana that reports execution latency between 5 and 20 milliseconds and gates access behind referral codes and invites.

BulkTrade funding and token plan

A pre-deposit campaign that began on June 1, 2026, raised over $25.9 million in USDC total value locked within 10 days. The project also closed an $8 million seed round in September 2025, co-led by Robot Ventures and 6th Man Ventures, with participation from Wintermute Ventures. The BULK token has not launched; the public allocation framework reserves 30% of the total supply for community distribution via airdrops, with eligibility tied to pre-deposit activity and trading behavior.

BulkTrade’s speed, custody and settlement

The platform targets sub-40 millisecond finality while keeping user assets in self-custody on Solana. Execution latency is reported between 5 and 20 milliseconds. All perpetuals on BulkTrade are settled in USDC. The exchange underwent a security audit by Zellic. On July 28 the project introduced BIP-1, a framework intended to enable permissionless, deployer-owned perpetual markets.

BulkTrade also implements dynamic margin functionality that adjusts margin requirements in real time, which the platform says can improve capital efficiency for sophisticated traders compared with traditional perps platforms that use static margin rules. Wintermute Ventures’ participation is noted given Wintermute’s role as one of the largest market makers in crypto.

The launch places BulkTrade into a growing Solana perpetuals ecosystem that already includes Jupiter’s perps product and other on-chain derivatives protocols. The platform remains invite-only as it begins operations.
