In June, Indian startups secured $1.91 billion through 80 funding rounds, marking a 41.1% increase from May and a 90.7% rise compared to the same month last year. This surge was driven by significant late-stage investments, notably Cred’s $900 million financing and Sarvam’s $234 million fundraising. Late-stage deals dominated, representing 65.1% of the total capital raised, while early-stage rounds constituted 30.7%.
