Did Loopia secure a $1.2M seed round?

Brazilian startup Loopia has successfully secured a $1.2 million seed round, with Parceiro Ventures leading the investment as a strategic partner. The round also saw participation from existing investors Quartzo, Funses I, ACE Founders, and BVC Latam. This funding follows a $670,000 pre-seed round that Loopia completed in February 2025.

Loopia specializes in developing AI agents designed to automate customer service, marketing, and e-commerce operations. The platform offers integrations with popular services such as WhatsApp, Mercado Livre, Amazon, Shopee, Shopify, and TikTok Shop.

The newly acquired funds will be used to enhance Loopia’s product offerings, expand its range of integrations, bolster its commercial team, and grow its base of enterprise customers. The company aims to increase its business size fivefold over the next 18 months.

In 2025, Loopia achieved a remarkable growth rate, expanding 25 times its original size. The company was founded by Vailati, who previously developed retail software provider Hiper, acquired by Linx for approximately $9.1 million in 2019. Additionally, Loopia has joined the WhatsApp AI Startups Hub, an acceleration program spearheaded by Meta and WhatsApp.
