Samsung is offering UK customers the chance to try a Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 or Galaxy Watch 9 for 100 days and return it for a full refund if they are not satisfied.

The promotion is not limited to purchases made through Samsung’s own online store or retail locations: it also covers dozens of other online and physical retailers, including Amazon, Argos, Carphone Warehouse, Currys, Costco, Harrods and John Lewis.
To qualify, customers must buy a Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 or Galaxy Watch 9 by September 8, 2026 and register the device within 30 days of purchase. The smartwatch can then be returned for a full refund after 45 days and within 100 days from the date of purchase, or within 100 days from delivery if bought online.
Returned devices are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price if these conditions are met.
