Has Copperhelm Secured $7M in Seed Funding?

Copperhelm, a cybersecurity startup based in Tel Aviv, Israel, has announced its emergence from stealth mode with a successful $7 million Seed funding round. The investment was led by TLV Partners, with additional support from toDay Ventures, ICON, SaaS Ventures Israel, and several angel investors. This funding will be instrumental for Copperhelm as it aims to enhance its product development, expand market initiatives, and grow its engineering team. Founded by Shimon Tolts, Eyar Zilberman, and Roman Labunsky, Copperhelm specializes in agentic cloud security, utilizing AI agents to help enterprises protect their cloud environments. The company’s innovative platform integrates a real-time Context Lake with specialized agents to monitor infrastructure, investigate threats, and carry out remediation actions. Shay Michel of Merlin Ventures will join the company’s board of directors, as Copperhelm continues to serve global enterprises from its headquarters in Tel Aviv.
