Prance plans to use the funds to enhance its recruitment of engineering and business talent, advance product development, and expand the functionality and adoption of its flagship product, Prance Hiring. This platform automates high-volume hiring processes, using artificial intelligence to efficiently manage candidate screening, interviews, and evaluations across various job roles and languages. Prance Holdings Co., Ltd. aims to tackle labor shortages and rising labor costs for Japanese corporate clients.
