DEEPCORE supports startup growth through various initiatives, including a community for AI professionals called “KERNEL,” an overseas expansion accelerator, and recruitment and business matching services. Prance plans to use the funds to enhance its recruitment of engineering and business talent, advance product development, and expand the functionality and adoption of its flagship product, Prance Hiring. This platform automates high-volume hiring processes, using artificial intelligence to efficiently manage candidate screening, interviews, and evaluations across various job roles and languages. Prance Holdings Co., Ltd. aims to tackle labor shortages and rising labor costs for Japanese corporate clients. While the exact amount raised remains undisclosed, DEEPCORE led the investment round, with additional investors not yet revealed.
