Propane has successfully secured $1.2 million in a pre-seed funding round. The investment was led by HEARTFELT_ partners Ying-Ying Huang and Joerg Rheinboldt, along with Mathias Kaasgaard from EIFO. A notable group of angel investors also participated, including Anton Osika from Lovable, and members from Founders such as Simon Sylvest, Sebastian Stockmarr, Ulrik Trolle, and Stefano Zorzi. Additional investors include Asbjoern Malte Soendergaard, Morten E. Wulff, Jack Piunti from ElevenLabs, Magnus Midholt, Jens Karstoft, Benjamin Rej Notlev, and Ryan Fagan & Manon Ligato from Collektiv Club.
The funding will support Propane’s mission to develop an AI-native Operating System tailored for Customer Intelligence in modern product companies. This innovative system aims to integrate customer insights across various teams and workflows, facilitating seamless operations and accelerated growth. Unlike traditional Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Propane’s solution not only stores data but also collects, learns, and transforms customer signals into actionable insights through a network of autonomous agents.
Their first AI agent is already operational, designed to autonomously interview users, gather feedback on wins, losses, and churn, and integrate this information directly into company workflows and products. These AI agents are continuously active and learning.
Propane is currently seeking top-tier engineering talent to expand their team and further their innovative projects.
