Spacely AI, a company based in Bangkok, Thailand, has successfully raised $1 million in seed funding to advance its generative AI solutions tailored for the architecture, design, and real estate sectors. The funding round was spearheaded by PropTech Farm Fund III, an early-stage venture capital fund committed to fostering innovation in real estate technology across Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. Other notable investors include Wannaporn Phornprapha, Ted Poshakrishna Thirapatana, and Mek Srunyu Stittri.
With this capital infusion, Spacely AI plans to launch its next-generation 2D-to-3D automation engine and expand into the U.S. market, alongside global sales and co-marketing efforts. Under the leadership of CEO Paruey Anadirekkul, Spacely AI is a SaaS company that provides AI-powered visualization and rendering tools for the architecture and real estate industries. Their cloud suite includes AI rendering for both interior and exterior spaces, intuitive image-editing tools, AI virtual staging, and automated 3D model generation. Currently, the company serves over 1,500 clients in more than 50 countries, with its headquarters located in Bangkok.
