Xiaojiwan, established in 2025 in Qingdao, is dedicated to creating a comprehensive alcoholic beverage ecosystem tailored for young consumers. The company offers a diverse range of products, from craft beers to creative fruit wines and cocktails, complemented by food pairings and related merchandise. A significant advantage is its integration with a self-owned craft beer factory in Qingdao, which helps optimize costs and enhance operational efficiency through a digital platform.
Targeting young consumers’ preference for low-alcohol, enjoyable experiences, Xiaojiwan seeks to establish itself as a go-to option for a relaxed social buzz. The brand emphasizes innovation in taste, packaging, and service, offering unique flavor fusions, customizable packaging, and interactive experiences like cocktail mixing classes.
With China’s alcoholic beverage market valued at over 1.5 trillion RMB and a rapidly growing segment for loose alcoholic beverages, Xiaojiwan aims to address traditional market challenges such as standardization and product differentiation. By employing a “product + scenario + operation” strategy, the brand seeks to cater to Generation Z’s desire for personalized and convenient consumption experiences.
Xiaojiwan plans to roll out two store formats, “Master Stores” and “Community Stores,” using a model where one Master Store supports multiple Community Stores. This strategy aims to create a seamless online and offline retail ecosystem. The first store is set to open in Qingdao in early 2026, with plans for further expansion in Shandong Province and nationwide by 2027.
