Apple has raised the iPhone 18 Pro price: the base iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max are $100 more than the iPhone 17 Pro models, and upgrades for larger storage increase those costs further—reaching a $300 premium for 1TB.
iPhone 18 Pro price and storage tiers
The iPhone 18 Pro starts at $1,199 for 256GB, compared with $1,099 for the iPhone 17 Pro. Moving to 512GB brings the price to $1,399, a $200 increase to that tier. A 1TB iPhone 18 Pro is priced at $1,799; a 1TB iPhone 17 Pro had cost $1,499, making the 1TB option $300 more this year. Apple also introduced a new 2TB option for the Pro at $2,399.
Pro Max storage pricing
On the Pro Max side, a 1TB iPhone 17 Pro Max had been $1,599; the 1TB iPhone 18 Pro Max is $1,899. The 2TB iPhone 18 Pro Max is priced at $2,499, which is a $500 increase compared with the 2TB iPhone 17 Pro Max price.
Storage and memory costs have been soaring because of ongoing supply shortages, so the notable surcharge on the 1TB storage option aligns with broader cost pressures in component markets.
