Apple has increased iPhone prices by $100 across all of its last-generation iPhones still available for purchase following its “Surprise and shine” event, which introduced the iPhone Duo and the iPhone 18 Pro. iPhone prices now sit higher across the board compared with last week.
iPhone prices by model
The iPhone 16, which sold for $699 just last week, now lists at $799. The iPhone 17E with 256GB of storage now costs $699 instead of its $599 launch price. The iPhone 17 starts at $899 with 256GB of storage, up from $799. The iPhone Air is now $1,099, up from $999.
The base iPhone 18 was absent from Apple’s September event, where the company focused on its highest-end models that start at $1,199. For now, anyone seeking a more affordable iPhone will find models costlier than they were just yesterday.
