Is the Galaxy A27 set to launch with a higher price tag?

Samsung is gearing up to expand its mid-range smartphone lineup with the introduction of the Galaxy A27, alongside other models like the Galaxy M37 and M47. The new Galaxy A27 is anticipated to debut with a notable increase in price.

In Europe, the Galaxy A27 will be available in two configurations: one with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage priced at €349, and another with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage costing €439. These prices represent an increase of €50 and €70, respectively, compared to the Galaxy A26 models, likely due to a rise in memory chip costs. Prices may vary in other regions based on local taxes and currency fluctuations.

The device will be offered in four colors: Black, Blue, Light Pink, and Mint. It boasts a 6.7-inch OLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, featuring an upgraded Infinity-O design. The camera setup includes a 50MP primary rear camera with OIS, a 5MP ultrawide lens, a 2MP macro camera, and a 12MP front camera. Powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 processor and a 5,000mAh battery with 25W fast charging support, the Galaxy A27 will run on Android 16-based One UI 8.5 and is slated to receive six generations of Android OS updates.
