Qualcomm has confirmed it is working closely with Samsung on future 2nm chips.
Earlier this year, rumors suggested some of Qualcomm’s high-end Snapdragon chips launching in 2026 would be manufactured by Samsung. Last week, Qualcomm unveiled two new chips, but neither of them is made by Samsung Foundry.
Qualcomm and Samsung collaboration
The company has now confirmed a collaboration with Samsung for future chips, adding clarity after the recent product launches that did not involve Samsung Foundry.
The announcement aligns with earlier reports linking Samsung to Qualcomm’s upcoming Snapdragon portfolio, including chips expected in 2026.
